Seg\u00fan Amado Avenda\u00f1o Figueroa, cuando acudi\u00f3 al lugar junto con Ver\u00f3nica Ruffo, encontraron que hab\u00eda 14 cajas con documentaci\u00f3n; sin embargo, posteriormente habr\u00edan aparecido alrededor de 50.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">El integrante del comit\u00e9 afirm\u00f3 que desde el aseguramiento del inmueble exist\u00eda la sospecha de que pudiera ser utilizado para generar pruebas relacionadas con la investigaci\u00f3n. \u201cEn esa bodega hab\u00eda 14 cajas, ahora aparecieron como 50\u201d, declar\u00f3. El grupo sostuvo que los documentos encontrados recientemente estar\u00edan vinculados con la investigaci\u00f3n sobre el presunto contrabando de combustible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Adem\u00e1s, el Comit\u00e9 cuestion\u00f3 las declaraciones realizadas por la fiscal general de la Rep\u00fablica, Ernestina Godoy, respecto a la permanencia de Ernesto Ruffo en el penal del Altiplano. Emilia \u00c1lvarez Icaza calific\u00f3 el pronunciamiento como una respuesta pol\u00edtica y consider\u00f3 que no existen razones para que el exgobernador de Baja California permanezca en una prisi\u00f3n de m\u00e1xima seguridad mientras contin\u00faa su proceso.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Los integrantes del comit\u00e9 tambi\u00e9n solicitaron modificar la medida cautelar impuesta a Ruffo para que pueda enfrentar el proceso bajo prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria. Se\u00f1alaron que el juicio a\u00fan no comienza y que la jueza estableci\u00f3 un plazo de cuatro meses antes de revisar nuevamente su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n<p>El Comit\u00e9 por la Libertad de Ernesto Ruffo insisti\u00f3 en sus cuestionamientos sobre las condiciones en las que se desarrolla la investigaci\u00f3n, particularmente por la documentaci\u00f3n que, seg\u00fan sus
