{"id":84090,"date":"2026-08-27T15:48:19","date_gmt":"2026-08-27T15:48:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ferabrajan.com\/portal\/?p=84090"},"modified":"2026-08-27T15:48:19","modified_gmt":"2026-08-27T15:48:19","slug":"fgr-encuentra-documentos-de-empresa-ligada-a-ernesto-n-en-investigacion-por-huachicol-fiscal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ferabrajan.com\/portal\/2026\/08\/27\/fgr-encuentra-documentos-de-empresa-ligada-a-ernesto-n-en-investigacion-por-huachicol-fiscal\/","title":{"rendered":"FGR encuentra documentos de empresa ligada a Ernesto N. en investigaci\u00f3n por huachicol fiscal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"97\" data-end=\"421\"><strong data-start=\"97\" data-end=\"119\">Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.-<\/strong> La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) realiz\u00f3 cateos en dos bodegas como parte de la investigaci\u00f3n por una red de <strong data-start=\"238\" data-end=\"268\">contrabando de combustible<\/strong>, donde localiz\u00f3 documentos de importaci\u00f3n y contratos relacionados con <strong data-start=\"340\" data-end=\"351\">Ingemar<\/strong>, empresa vinculada al exgobernador de Baja California, Ernesto Ruffo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"672\">La fiscal general, <strong data-start=\"442\" data-end=\"461\">Ernestina Godoy<\/strong>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el an\u00e1lisis de la documentaci\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 identificar indicios sobre operaciones de comercio exterior y el presunto modo de operaci\u00f3n de la red, por lo que se abrieron nuevas l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"910\">Entre los socios de Ingemar mencionados en las indagatorias se encuentran <strong data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"819\">Ernesto Ruffo, Jos\u00e9 Merino Vald\u00e9s Cuervo y Ricardo Thompson Navarro<\/strong>. La Fiscal\u00eda investiga si la empresa tuvo participaci\u00f3n en el esquema de huachicol fiscal.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"1160\">Por su parte, la defensa de Ruffo, encabezada por el abogado <strong data-start=\"973\" data-end=\"990\">Arturo Germ\u00e1n<\/strong>, sostuvo que no existen elementos que acrediten la participaci\u00f3n del exgobernador en la red y anunci\u00f3 que continuar\u00e1 promoviendo amparos contra su vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1431\">En tanto, la hija del exmandatario, <strong data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1216\">Ver\u00f3nica Ruffo<\/strong>, acudi\u00f3 a la FGR acompa\u00f1ada de integrantes del PAN y Somos M\u00e9xico para presentar a la nueva defensa legal. El expresidente <strong data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1355\">Vicente Fox<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n pidi\u00f3 que Ruffo pueda continuar su proceso en prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1606\">Godoy aclar\u00f3 que, hasta el momento, la Fiscal\u00eda <strong data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1557\">no ha sido notificada de una solicitud para modificar la medida cautelar<\/strong> y llevar al exgobernador a prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1893\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">La investigaci\u00f3n se origin\u00f3 tras el aseguramiento de <strong data-start=\"1661\" data-end=\"1741\">33 ferrotanques con hidrocarburo en Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, en julio de 2025<\/strong>. De acuerdo con la FGR, hasta ahora han sido detenidas nueve de las 24 personas se\u00f1aladas como presuntamente involucradas en el tr\u00e1fico de combustible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con
