{"id":83987,"date":"2026-08-21T15:04:08","date_gmt":"2026-08-21T15:04:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ferabrajan.com\/portal\/?p=83987"},"modified":"2026-08-21T15:04:08","modified_gmt":"2026-08-21T15:04:08","slug":"seis-victimas-de-marilyn-n-niegan-haberla-perdonado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ferabrajan.com\/portal\/2026\/08\/21\/seis-victimas-de-marilyn-n-niegan-haberla-perdonado\/","title":{"rendered":"Seis v\u00edctimas de Marilyn N. niegan haberla perdonado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"58\" data-end=\"319\"><strong data-start=\"58\" data-end=\"75\">Puebla, Pue.\u2013<\/strong> Seis de las 11 personas que denunciaron a <strong data-start=\"118\" data-end=\"132\">Marilyn N.<\/strong>, se\u00f1alada de ejercer presuntamente de manera irregular la psiquiatr\u00eda en Puebla, rechazaron haber otorgado el perd\u00f3n y aseguraron que tampoco han firmado acuerdos de reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"321\" data-end=\"680\">La declaraci\u00f3n surgi\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de que la titular de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), <strong data-start=\"410\" data-end=\"438\">Idamis Pastor Betancourt<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 el 18 de agosto que nueve de las 11 v\u00edctimas ya habr\u00edan otorgado el perd\u00f3n a la acusada. Sin embargo, uno de los afectados afirm\u00f3 que \u00e9l y otras cinco personas, representadas por los mismos abogados, no han llegado a ning\u00fan acuerdo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"682\" data-end=\"1014\">Una de las v\u00edctimas, quien pidi\u00f3 ser identificada como <strong data-start=\"737\" data-end=\"749\">Leonardo<\/strong>, relat\u00f3 que conoci\u00f3 a Marilyn N. mediante internet y que inicialmente confi\u00f3 en sus servicios. Sin embargo, asegur\u00f3 que durante el tratamiento su condici\u00f3n empeor\u00f3 y que las consultas, por las que pagaba mil 500 pesos, llegaron a ser hasta cuatro veces por semana.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1016\" data-end=\"1325\">El representante legal de los seis afectados confirm\u00f3 que ninguno de sus clientes ha recibido dinero ni firmado acuerdos. Explic\u00f3 que su oposici\u00f3n a la suspensi\u00f3n condicional del proceso no se limita a una posible reparaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, sino a establecer <strong data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1324\">medidas de protecci\u00f3n y garant\u00edas de no repetici\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1618\">El abogado se\u00f1al\u00f3 que algunas de las v\u00edctimas temen por su seguridad y cuestion\u00f3 las medidas que, hasta ahora, se habr\u00edan planteado para protegerlas. Tambi\u00e9n sostuvo que sus representados han enfrentado desgaste emocional durante las audiencias y pidi\u00f3 que sus testimonios sean considerados.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1947\">Marilyn N., originaria de Tlaxcala, enfrenta en Puebla un proceso por <strong data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1728\">usurpaci\u00f3n de profesi\u00f3n y amenazas<\/strong>, mientras que en el \u00e1mbito federal est\u00e1 vinculada a un procedimiento por suministro de narc\u00f3ticos.
