{"id":81653,"date":"2026-05-06T14:44:25","date_gmt":"2026-05-06T14:44:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ferabrajan.com\/portal\/?p=81653"},"modified":"2026-05-06T14:44:25","modified_gmt":"2026-05-06T14:44:25","slug":"detienen-a-hombre-por-robo-en-transporte-publico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ferabrajan.com\/portal\/2026\/05\/06\/detienen-a-hombre-por-robo-en-transporte-publico\/","title":{"rendered":"Detienen a hombre por robo en transporte p\u00fablico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"148\" data-end=\"379\"><strong data-start=\"148\" data-end=\"164\">Puebla, Pue.<\/strong> La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (<strong data-start=\"197\" data-end=\"204\">FGE<\/strong>) cumpliment\u00f3 una <strong data-start=\"222\" data-end=\"285\">orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra Antonio de Jes\u00fas N., de 35 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de <strong data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"352\">robo agravado<\/strong> en el municipio de Puebla.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"381\" data-end=\"642\">De acuerdo con las investigaciones, el <strong data-start=\"420\" data-end=\"443\">24 de julio de 2017<\/strong>, el imputado, junto con otra persona, presuntamente intent\u00f3 asaltar a un hombre que se dispon\u00eda a abordar una unidad de transporte p\u00fablico en inmediaciones del <strong data-start=\"604\" data-end=\"641\">bulevar 5 de Mayo y la 11 Oriente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"909\">Durante el hecho, la v\u00edctima result\u00f3 <strong data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"736\">lesionada en el abdomen con un objeto punzocortante<\/strong>, luego de oponer resistencia. Personas en el lugar intervinieron y retuvieron al probable responsable, quien posteriormente fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"1106\">En audiencia inicial, el imputado fue <strong data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"972\">vinculado a proceso<\/strong> y se le impuso como medida cautelar <strong data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1028\">firma peri\u00f3dica<\/strong>; sin embargo, al incumplirla, fue declarado <strong data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1105\">sustra\u00eddo de la acci\u00f3n penal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1108\" data-end=\"1268\">Derivado de ello, se gir\u00f3 una nueva orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, la cual fue cumplimentada por agentes investigadores, quedando a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad judicial.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1395\">La FGE reiter\u00f3 que mantiene acciones para <strong data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1357\">combatir delitos en el transporte p\u00fablico<\/strong> y garantizar el acceso a la justicia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La FGE reiter\u00f3 que mantiene acciones para combatir delitos en el transporte p\u00fablico<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":81654,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_uf_show_specific_survey":0,"_uf_disable_surveys":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[585,34],"tags":[238,1196,265],"class_list":["post-81653","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-principal","category-puebla","tag-fge","tag-robo","tag-transporte-publico"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
