M\u00e9xico.-<\/strong> Con un modelo innovador basado en energ\u00eda limpia y visi\u00f3n de largo plazo, el <strong>Gobierno del Estado de Puebla<\/strong> impulsa el <strong>Sistema Integral de Movilidad<\/strong> que incluye transporte por cable, el cual promete transformar la forma de trasladarse en la zona metropolitana.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"456\" data-end=\"724\">El coordinador de Gabinete, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Luis Garc\u00eda Parra<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 que este sistema permitir\u00e1 reducir significativamente las emisiones contaminantes, al generar apenas 48 toneladas anuales de CO2, adem\u00e1s de ofrecer traslados m\u00e1s eficientes, con tiempos m\u00e1ximos de 36 minutos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"1018\">El proyecto se sustenta en m\u00e1s de 20 estudios t\u00e9cnicos que anticipan el crecimiento de la zona metropolitana de Puebla, la cual pasar\u00e1 de 2.5 a cerca de 3 millones de habitantes hacia 2030, lo que implicar\u00e1 un aumento considerable en la demanda de transporte y en el n\u00famero de viajes diarios.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1277\">Ante este panorama, el modelo contempla la integraci\u00f3n de cuatro modalidades: <strong>transporte convencional, sistema RUTA, transporte por cable y una red de bicicletas p\u00fablicas<\/strong>, priorizando la movilidad de las personas por encima del uso del autom\u00f3vil particular.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1514\">En su primera etapa, el sistema de transporte por cable tendr\u00e1 una extensi\u00f3n de 13.6 kil\u00f3metros, con cuatro l\u00edneas y nueve nodos de transferencia intermodal, conectando puntos estrat\u00e9gicos como el CIS, Parque Ju\u00e1rez, Xonaca y Amalucan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"1765\">Adem\u00e1s, se prev\u00e9 una tarifa accesible de 12 pesos, con gratuidad para personas con discapacidad, adultos mayores y estudiantes de nivel b\u00e1sico, y se proyecta que el sistema sea autosustentable financieramente a partir de su segundo a\u00f1o de operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1767\" data-end=\"2018\">Por su parte, el gobernador<strong> Alejandro Armenta Mier<\/strong> asegur\u00f3 que el proyecto se desarrollar\u00e1 con responsabilidad ambiental, garantizando que ning\u00fan \u00e1rbol ser\u00e1 afectado, ya que los 90 ejemplares contemplados ser\u00e1n reubicados con tecnolog\u00eda especializada.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2020\" data-end=\"2242\">Como parte de esta estrategia integral, tambi\u00e9n se impulsa el Perif\u00e9rico 5 de Mayo, con sus circuitos Sur y Norte, una obra clave para mejorar la conectividad regional y reducir tiempos de traslado en las pr\u00f3ximas d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2244\" data-end=\"2492\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Con estas acciones, el Gobierno del Estado busca<strong> consolidar un sistema de movilidad moderno, sustentable y eficiente<\/strong>, que mejore la
