{"id":79657,"date":"2026-02-10T15:36:28","date_gmt":"2026-02-10T15:36:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ferabrajan.com\/portal\/?p=79657"},"modified":"2026-02-10T17:02:51","modified_gmt":"2026-02-10T17:02:51","slug":"revista-vehicular-exhibe-rezagos-y-acelera-combate-al-transporte-pirata-en-puebla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ferabrajan.com\/portal\/2026\/02\/10\/revista-vehicular-exhibe-rezagos-y-acelera-combate-al-transporte-pirata-en-puebla\/","title":{"rendered":"#Audio Revista vehicular exhibe rezagos y acelera combate al transporte pirata en Puebla: Tan\u00fas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"208\" data-end=\"585\">En entrevista con <strong data-start=\"226\" data-end=\"241\">Fer Abraj\u00e1n<\/strong>, en el <strong data-start=\"249\" data-end=\"286\">INFORMATIVO NTR de W Radio Puebla<\/strong>, la secretaria de Movilidad y Transporte, <strong data-start=\"329\" data-end=\"352\">Silvia Tan\u00fas Osorio<\/strong>, afirm\u00f3 que la <strong data-start=\"368\" data-end=\"418\">revista vehicular tuvo una respuesta favorable<\/strong>, aunque reconoci\u00f3 que algunos concesionarios <strong data-start=\"464\" data-end=\"498\">no tomaron en serio el proceso<\/strong>, lo que evidenci\u00f3 la magnitud del problema del <strong data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"570\">transporte irregular<\/strong> en la entidad.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"843\">La funcionaria explic\u00f3 que el <strong data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"647\">auge del transporte pirata<\/strong> se intensific\u00f3 tras el <strong data-start=\"671\" data-end=\"696\">retiro de 51 unidades<\/strong> que no cumplieron con la verificaci\u00f3n, aunque aclar\u00f3 que la mayor\u00eda de los concesionarios rezagados <strong data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"842\">ya trabajan para regularizar sus tr\u00e1mites<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"1363\">Para garantizar el servicio a la ciudadan\u00eda, Tan\u00fas Osorio anunci\u00f3 la <strong data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"972\">habilitaci\u00f3n de cuatro v\u00edas emergentes y provisionales<\/strong>, que operar\u00e1n con <strong data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1019\">20 autobuses y 210 taxis<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1023\" \/>El primer corredor ser\u00e1 el de <strong data-start=\"1053\" data-end=\"1073\">16 de Septiembre<\/strong>, que atiende la zona sur; el segundo, <strong data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1127\">Xonacatepec<\/strong>, conectar\u00e1 el nororiente desde Plaza V\u00eda San Sebasti\u00e1n hasta la Cruz Roja; el tercero corresponde a una <strong data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1278\">ampliaci\u00f3n temporal de la ruta CREE\u2013Madero<\/strong>; y el cuarto mantendr\u00e1 el <strong data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1362\">servicio temporal en la lateral de la Recta a Cholula<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1648\">Detall\u00f3 que estos servicios funcionar\u00e1n en <strong data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1437\">horarios de mayor demanda<\/strong>, de <strong data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1464\">6:00 a 10:00 horas<\/strong> y de <strong data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1493\">17:00 a 21:00 horas<\/strong>, con la <strong data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1543\">tarifa vigente del transporte p\u00fablico<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, se instalar\u00e1n <strong data-start=\"1567\" data-end=\"1599\">14 sitios temporales de taxi<\/strong>, con <strong data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1647\">viajes grupales a 20 pesos por persona<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1650\" data-end=\"1948\">La secretaria subray\u00f3 que la revista vehicular se realiz\u00f3 en <strong data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1723\">22 sedes<\/strong>, para facilitar el cumplimiento, y reiter\u00f3 que existe <strong data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"1801\">apertura al di\u00e1logo<\/strong>, pero <strong data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"1845\">sin ceder a chantajes o presiones<\/strong>. Llam\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda a <strong data-start=\"1871\" data-end=\"1920\">no dejarse utilizar como mecanismo de presi\u00f3n<\/strong> por algunos transportistas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1950\" data-end=\"2189\">\u201c<strong data-start=\"1951\" data-end=\"1981\">Alguien lo ten\u00eda que hacer<\/strong>\u201d, expres\u00f3, al reconocer la decisi\u00f3n del gobernador Alejandro Armenta, y enfatiz\u00f3 que <strong data-start=\"2067\" data-end=\"2102\">no se busca retirar concesiones<\/strong>, sino <strong data-start=\"2109\" data-end=\"2158\">actualizar y dignificar el transporte p\u00fablico<\/strong>, tras <strong data-start=\"2165\" data-end=\"2188\">12 a\u00f1os de abandono<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2191\" data-end=\"2434\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Finalmente, confi\u00f3 en que el servicio se <strong data-start=\"2232\" data-end=\"2259\">normalice a la brevedad<\/strong> y adelant\u00f3 que el <strong data-start=\"2278\" data-end=\"2334\">reordenamiento del transporte ser\u00e1 en todo el estado<\/strong>, tanto en rutas como en unidades, adem\u00e1s de un <strong data-start=\"2382\" data-end=\"2433\">programa de apertura para nuevos concesionarios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2191\" data-end=\"2434\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><a
