Harfuch<\/b><b>,<\/b>\u00a0dio a conocer este viernes, durante la\u00a0<b>conferencia de prensa matutina encabezada por la presidenta\u00a0<\/b><b>Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo<\/b><b>,<\/b>\u00a0que el profesor de la\u00a0<b>Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b>de origen colombiano, identificado como\u00a0<b>Leonardo Ariel Escobar Barrios<\/b>, quien fue reportado como\u00a0<b>desaparecido tras estar en el aeropuerto de Monterrey, en Nuevo Le\u00f3n, fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n en el juzgado c\u00edvico unas horas antes de desaparecer.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstuvo ah\u00ed me parece que<b>\u00a036 horas,<\/b>\u00a0posteriormente es\u00a0<b>liberado<\/b>, y de ah\u00ed hay un testimonio de que lo ven\u00a0<b>deambulando por la zona,\u00a0<\/b>ese es el \u00faltimo contacto visual\u00a0<b>que se tiene, es lo que se tiene hasta ahorita, vamos a pedir a las autoridades de Nuevo Le\u00f3n y del municipio que informen\u201d<\/b>, dijo el funcionario federal.<\/p>\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que\u00a0<b>el reporte que se tiene es que c\u00e1maras de vigilancia lo captaron desorientado.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Dijo no saber si\u00a0<b>tras ser liberado hab\u00eda regresado al aeropuerto,\u00a0<\/b>pero que se apoya a autoridades de\u00a0<b>Nuevo Le\u00f3n\u00a0<\/b>para conocer m\u00e1s detalles.<\/p>\n<p>Expuso que las\u00a0<b>autoridades de ese estado informar\u00e1n m\u00e1s tarde sobre el caso los avances de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"header headline-class-h2 headline\">Fiscal de NL dio a conocer detenci\u00f3n de profesor por faltas administrativas<\/h2>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">El pasado mi\u00e9rcoles, el\u00a0<b>fiscal General de Justicia de Nuevo Le\u00f3n, Javier Flores Sald\u00edvar,\u00a0<\/b>dijo que el profesor de la\u00a0<b>Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla, Leonardo Ariel Escobar Barrios,\u00a0<\/b>hab\u00eda sido\u00a0<b>detenido por faltas administrativas\u00a0<\/b>antes de ser reportado como desaparecido.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la\u00a0<b>Guardia Nacional<\/b>\u00a0hab\u00eda puesto a disposici\u00f3n al sudamericano con la<b>\u00a0Polic\u00eda de Apodaca, sin embargo, hab\u00eda sido liberado desde el pasado 2 de enero.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">Expuso que, tras su liberaci\u00f3n,<b>\u00a0sali\u00f3 del municipio y regres\u00f3 con otra ropa al aeropuerto,\u00a0<\/b>donde se encontr\u00f3 una maleta de su propiedad como objeto perdido.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">Esto, mientras\u00a0<b>sus tel\u00e9fonos, seg\u00fan dijo el funcionario, no han dejado huella de antena.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\"><b>Flores Sald\u00edvar<\/b>\u00a0inform\u00f3 que\u00a0<b>har\u00e1n vigilancia de c\u00e1maras de seguridad,\u00a0<\/b>que entrevistar\u00e1n a su pareja sentimental y que est\u00e1n en comunicaci\u00f3n con la\u00a0<b>embajada de Colombia.<\/b><\/p>\n<div municipio de Apodaca,<\/b>\u00a0y seg\u00fan el\u00a0<b>fiscal General del Estado,\u00a0<\/b>ven\u00eda de paso a Monterrey, desde Colombia, para luego ir a la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"header headline-class-h2 headline\">Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla exige aparici\u00f3n con vida de profesor<\/h2>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">Por su parte, la\u00a0<b>Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla<\/b>\u00a0pidi\u00f3 la presentaci\u00f3n inmediata y con vida del acad\u00e9mico, reportado como desaparecido desde el pasado\u00a0<b>2 de enero en el municipio de Apodaca.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">Por medio de un comunicado, la\u00a0<b>Universidad pidi\u00f3 a las autoridades estatales y federales redoblar los esfuerzos para la localizaci\u00f3n del catedr\u00e1tico de origen colombiano,\u00a0<\/b>adem\u00e1s de dar claridad al caso.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">Explic\u00f3 que Leonardo fue presuntamente detenido el pasado 31 de diciembre de 2025 en el\u00a0<b>Aeropuerto Internacional de Monterrey<\/b>\u00a0y a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u201chay indicios de la participaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<b>autoridades federales, del Instituto Nacional de Migraci\u00f3n y de la Guardia Nacional, as\u00ed como de la Polic\u00eda Municipal de Apodaca\u201d.<\/b><\/p>\n<p
