Tambi\u00e9n se le prohibi\u00f3 tener contacto con Gerardo Guzm\u00e1n, actual contralor municipal, aunque no se precisaron los motivos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"1133\">De manera extraoficial trascendi\u00f3 que el caso estar\u00eda relacionado con un posible conflicto de inter\u00e9s, pues el s\u00edndico habr\u00eda negado tener v\u00ednculos familiares en el ayuntamiento, pese a que su hermana labora en la administraci\u00f3n de la presidenta municipal Tonantzin Fern\u00e1ndez D\u00edaz.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1376\">Fuentes ministeriales confirmaron que el proceso legal contin\u00faa en curso. En tanto, autoridades municipales informaron que a\u00fan no han recibido la notificaci\u00f3n oficial del resolutivo judicial para proceder con las acciones correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1659\">Cabe recordar que Iv\u00e1n N. tambi\u00e9n enfrenta investigaciones por presuntos actos de corrupci\u00f3n y extorsi\u00f3n, luego de los hechos registrados el 8 de julio, cuando un grupo de hombres presuntamente ligados a la UPVA 28 de Octubre exigi\u00f3 pagos a locatarios del mercado Cosme del Razo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El
