Sin embargo, esta comodidad tambi\u00e9n ha abierto la puerta a los&nbsp;<strong>fraudes digitales<\/strong>&nbsp;. Usuarios de bancos como&nbsp;<strong>BBVA, Banamex, Banorte, Santander, HSBC, NU M\u00e9xico<\/strong>&nbsp;, entre otros, est\u00e1n siendo blanco de mensajes falsos con un solo objetivo: robar su informaci\u00f3n y vaciar sus cuentas. Este delito se conoce como phishing, o&nbsp;<strong>suplantaci\u00f3n de identidad<\/strong>&nbsp;, y funciona de forma muy simple: los&nbsp;<strong>estafadores se hacen pasar por tu banco<\/strong>&nbsp;y te mandan un mensaje que parece urgente o preocupante. Si caes en la trampa y das clic o compartes tus datos, les das acceso a tu cuenta sin darte cuenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTu cuenta fue bloqueada por seguridad\u201d \u201cGanaste un premio exclusivo por ser buen cliente\u201d \u201cNecesitamos actualizar tus datos de inmediato\u201d \u201cSe hizo una compra sospechosa a tu nombre\u201d<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/img-s-msn-com.akamaized.net\/tenant\/amp\/entityid\/AA1IGv0d.img?w=640&amp;h=427&amp;m=6\" alt=\"\u00bfRecibiste este mensaje? Cuidado: podr\u00edan vaciar tu cuenta bancaria\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfRecibiste este mensaje? Cuidado: podr\u00edan vaciar tu cuenta bancaria<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a1Cuidado con estos mensajes!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estos son algunos ejemplos reales de mensajes con los que intentan enga\u00f1ar a los usuarios: Te piden entrar a un enlace \u201coficial\u201d para reactivarla. Pero la p\u00e1gina es falsa y captura todos los datos que escribas. Te llega un correo con el logo del banco prometiendo una bonificaci\u00f3n, siempre y cuando confirmes tus datos bancarios. Al hacerlo, ya tienen acceso a tu dinero. Te llaman o escriben diciendo que debes verificar tu identidad para mantener activa tu cuenta. Te presionan para que des tu NIP, n\u00famero de tarjeta o token. Te dicen que detectaron una transacci\u00f3n grande a tu nombre. Para cancelarla, debes entrar a un sitio o responder de inmediato. El objetivo es que act\u00faes sin pensar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo evitar caer en fraudes?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.condusef.gob.mx\/?p=tipos-de-fraude\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Comisi\u00f3n Nacional para la Protecci\u00f3n y Defensa de los Usuarios de Servicios Financieros<\/a>  (Condusef) recomienda desconfiar de cualquier mensaje que solicite datos personales o bancarios, sin importar qu\u00e9 tan leg\u00edtimo parezca. \u201cSi recibes alg\u00fan mensaje donde te amenacen con suspender tu cuenta si no respondes de inmediato, es falso\u201d, advierte la Condusef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Recuerda:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tu banco nunca pedir\u00e1 datos confidenciales<\/strong> por mensaje, correo o llamada <strong>si t\u00fa no iniciaste el contacto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Revisa la ortograf\u00eda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">y redacci\u00f3n de los mensajes: los fraudes suelen tener errores o inconsistencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No hagas clic en enlaces<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sospechosos ni descargues archivos adjuntos. Si tienes dudas, llama directamente al n\u00famero oficial de tu banco. La mejor defensa ante este tipo de fraudes es estar informado y actuar con cautela.
