Explic\u00f3 que las sanciones contempladas se aplicar\u00e1n \u00fanicamente en casos donde exista un acoso reiterado que derive en da\u00f1o f\u00edsico o emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Garc\u00eda Ch\u00e1vez subray\u00f3 que esta reforma tiene como eje central la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de la ciudadan\u00eda frente a agresiones en l\u00ednea, y enfatiz\u00f3 que la libertad de expresi\u00f3n no solo se mantendr\u00e1 intacta, sino que se fortalecer\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La diputada tambi\u00e9n inform\u00f3 que se abrir\u00e1 un di\u00e1logo con distintos sectores de la sociedad para detallar el alcance de esta legislaci\u00f3n, escuchar inquietudes y analizar su implementaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s del ciberasedio, las reformas abarcan otros delitos relacionados con el entorno digital, como la usurpaci\u00f3n de identidad y el espionaje cibern\u00e9tico,
