Quien comete un delito tiene que rendir cuentas y ser sancionado. Hasta ah\u00ed\u201d, dijo a pregunta expresa en conferencia de prensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La semana pasada un juez federal impuso una sentencia condenatoria de\u00a0<strong>89 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0a\u00a0<strong>Jaqueline Malinali G\u00e1lvez Ruiz<\/strong>, hermana de la excandidata presidencial, X\u00f3chitl G\u00e1lvez, por su responsabilidad en los delitos de\u00a0<strong>delincuencia organizada\u00a0<\/strong>(hip\u00f3tesis de secuestro), secuestro en agravio de dos v\u00edctimas y posesi\u00f3n de cartuchos de uso exclusivo de las\u00a0<strong>Fuerzas Armadas<\/strong>, reportaron fuentes judiciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malinali G\u00e1lvez Ruiz lleva 12 a\u00f1os presa en el penal de Santa Martha Acatitla, luego de que en 2012 agentes de la extinta Polic\u00eda Federal la detuvieron por su participaci\u00f3n en la banda de secuestradores \u201c<strong>Los Tolmex<\/strong>\u201d, que operaba en el Estado de M\u00e9xico y la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico; se caracterizaban por mutilar y encerrar a sus v\u00edctimas en jaulas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con
