gobierno de Puebla funcionamiento de centros penitenciarios estatales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A fin de coadyuvar en el financiamiento de los centros penitenciarios a cargo del Estado, la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n (SEGOB), llev\u00f3 a cabo una firma de Convenio de Coordinaci\u00f3n para la Transferencia de Recursos con 70 municipios donde hay personas privadas de su libertad (PPL)\u00a0 y con ello poder otorgar los recursos al gobierno estatal, con lo que se dar\u00e1 certeza a las administraciones municipales sobre el destino de la inversi\u00f3n financiera que aportaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En su intervenci\u00f3n, el titular de la dependencia, Javier Aquino Lim\u00f3n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, mediante esta acci\u00f3n, la SEGOB coadyuva en el cumplimiento del acuerdo de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica (SSP), por el cual determina que el Sistema Penitenciario del Estado de Puebla deja de hacer uso de los Centros Regionales de Reinserci\u00f3n Social, como el Cereso de Atlixco, Chiautla de Tapia, Iz\u00facar de Matamoros, Tetela de Ocampo, Tecali de Herrera, Chignahuapan y Zacatl\u00e1n, y permite la reubicaci\u00f3n de las PPL que albergan dichos penales, as\u00ed como dar seguimiento a las obligaciones para la adecuada ejecuci\u00f3n de dicho convenio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabe mencionar que la mayor\u00eda de las PPL fueron trasladadas al Cereso de San Miguel, en Puebla capital, as\u00ed como a Tepexi de Rodr\u00edguez; una minor\u00eda fue llevada a Huauchinango, Tlatlauquitepec, y Xicotepec; en estos tres \u00faltimos lugares fueron asignados luego de un estudio t\u00e9cnico pormenorizado de las personas, adem\u00e1s de que en estos no existe sobrepoblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al evento asistieron la secretaria del Consejo Estatal de Coordinaci\u00f3n del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad P\u00fablica, Liliana Rosas Labastida; el subsecretario de Gobernaci\u00f3n, Enrique Rivera Reyes; el subsecretario de Egresos de la Secretar\u00eda de Planeaci\u00f3n y Finanzas, Ricardo Aguilar P\u00e9rez; el subsecretario de Centros Penitenciarios, Jorge P\u00e9rez Melchor; el director de Deuda P\u00fablica de la Secretar\u00eda de Planeaci\u00f3n y Finanzas, \u00d3scar Ram\u00edrez Arg\u00fcelles, as\u00ed como los alcaldes de Zacatl\u00e1n, Chiautla de Tapia, Iz\u00facar de Matamoros, Chignahuapan, Tetela de
